The data controller is Volare S.r.l., which runs Ristorante Pizzeria Volare — Via di San Giovanni in Laterano, 48, 00184 Rome (RM), Italy. VAT no. IT13343191006. Contact: volaresrlroma@gmail.com, phone +39 06 64764939.

What data we process

Only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact/booking form (name, email, phone and your message), used solely to reply to your request.

Purpose & legal basis

Data is processed to handle your request and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and is not shared with third parties for marketing. It is kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.

Data recipients

Data sent through the booking form travel by email: they are processed by Aruba S.p.A. Google may also process data outside the European Union, on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. There are no other recipients and no disclosure of data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to the contact above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

Cookies

This site uses technical cookies needed to function (your choice on the banner is remembered in your browser). Fonts are hosted on this site. The Google map is loaded only if you ask for it or accept all cookies; in that case Google may set its own cookies, governed by its privacy policy.

Google Ads. If you accept all cookies, we use the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited) to measure the results of our ads, for example how many bookings come from our campaigns. Google may set its own cookies and process online identifiers and browsing data, including in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. If you choose “Necessary only”, the tag is not loaded.

Google Analytics. With your consent we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) for aggregate visit statistics: pages viewed, language, device type, where visits come from and actions such as sending a booking or tapping the phone or WhatsApp links. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. The same legal basis (consent), the same transfer to the United States (Data Privacy Framework) and the same right to withdraw described for Google Ads apply.
